FAQ

  • Allergy Awareness:

Our boards and grazing tables may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including peanuts, tree nuts, soy, eggs, wheat, fish, shellfish, and dairy. Customers with allergies or sensitivities should exercise caution. Please inform us of any specific dietary restrictions or allergies (vegetarian/vegan/gluten free/etc.), and we will do our best to accommodate your needs by omitting requested ingredients. While we take precautions to minimize cross-contamination, we cannot 100% guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

  • Seasonal Freshness and Product Availability:

Our commitment to using seasonal produce and garnishes means that availability may vary. In the event of supplier limitations or seasonal changes, we will thoughtfully substitute items to ensure the quality and abundance of your order.

  • ENJOYING YOUR BOARD:

To ensure the highest quality and freshness, we advise consuming your charcuterie board on the same day it is received. While it is safe to consume within 24-48 hours, optimal flavor is experienced on the day of creation. Please keep in mind that our charcuterie selections are perishable and must be refrigerated.

  • Do you deliver?

Yes, we offer local delivery for free within 10 miles of Shelby Twp, MI. For each additional mile over 10 (one-way) a delivery surcharge of $2/mile will apply. We will deliver a maximum of 45 miles (one-way) outside Shelby Twp.

If you’d like to inquire about delivery rates and arrangements, please do so when submitting your order.

Charcuterie boards are perishable so someone will need to be available to accept the order during the delivery window provided. Otherwise, pickup will be arranged locally in the Shelby Twp./Macomb area.

  • Do you offer Vegetarian or Guten-Free Options?

Yes! We can omit any items on any board for those requiring it. We will add additional quantities of cheese and other accoutrements for substitutions. Gluten-free crackers can be provided upon request for an additional fee. Don't hesitate to let us know about any dietary preferences!

  • Can I travel with my board?

Let us know when you order that you'll be traveling with your board, and we'll make sure it's packaged securely for your journey. To keep everything fresh, we recommend placing your board in a cooler with ice packs, especially for longer trips. For food safety reasons, we don't recommend traveling long distances with your board without proper cooling.

  • How far in advance do I need to order?

Ideally, 5 days for boards, 14 days for grazing tables. We will do our best to accommodate last minute order requests but may incur a small rush fee. We recommend booking as soon as you know of your event. Have questions or want to check availability for future dates? Contact us!

  • Cancellation/Refund Policy (Boards):

You may cancel your order up to 5 days prior to your delivery or pickup date for a full refund. If you cancel 2–4 days prior you will receive a store credit (good for 90 days). Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds or credits for orders cancelled less than 48 hours prior to your delivery or pickup date.

Rescheduling orders is subject to availability.
