Grazing Tables

• We have three options for Grazing Table set ups:

  • Flat Lay Grazing Table - Our flat lay grazing tables are set up directly on a flat surface using food-safe paper. Pricing begins at $16 per person with a minimum order of 25 people.

  • Elevated Grazing Table - Our elevated grazing table brings beauty with various props to create a multi-dimensional display. Pricing begins at $18 per person with a minimum order of 25 people.

  • Seamless Graze Table - the no-fuss solution for a jaw-dropping food display. By combining multiple pre-built XL disposable boards, we create a beautiful, continuous tablespace that gives you the grand appearance of a flat-lay grazing table. Pricing starts at $215 per board with a minimum order for 30 people.

• Flat lay and Elevated Grazing Tables are set up on-site at your venue and require at least 1 hour of set up time (maximum 2 hours depending on size of order).

• Seamless Graze tables are set up on-site at your venue and usually require less set up time given the boards are pre-built.

• Grazing tables last between 2-4 hours depending on weather or room temperature. They should be consumed immediately after assembly.

• Grazing tables will not be set up outside if temperatures are expected to be over 72 degrees

• Set up fee of $50-$150 depending on event size

• Delivery fee of $25-$50 applies to all orders depending on distance of location

• Grazing tables must be ordered a minimum of 14 days before expected event

• A 50% deposit is due at booking and the remaining balance is due 5 days prior to your event
